Covid-19 Company Statement

Following on from the Victorian Government announcement of Stage 4 restrictions Citywide & Macedon Fencing Group & Online Fence Supplies would like to announce that we are remaining open for business.

Since our products and services relate to building/construction, manufacturing and supplies to trades we are able to continue to operate under restrictions and therefore there have been some changes implemented.

As such Citywide & Macedon Fencing Group & Online Fence Supplies advise of the following:

Our hours of operations at our Head Office and Warehouse has not changed we are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.

All our staff including office, warehouse, drivers, installer and contractors will adhere to compulsory face coverings; and the use of hand sanitizer at all times and instruct all customers to adhere to the same.

Social distancing to abided by all staff and customers in the office, warehouse and worksites.

We have implemented Covid Safe Plan for both parts of our Company's operations and all staff members have been informed of what the requirements involved.

Our staffing levels have been reduced in all of our departments we ask that our Customers understand and ensure that you place your orders, or submit Purchase Orders for installation works of projects in a timely manner to enable us to or fill our commitment to you.

Our trade counter will be for TRADE only. All DIY orders will be required to be pre-ordered and picked up or a delivery time scheduled with our Customer Service Team prior for contactless pick up and delivery only between the Warehouse Hours 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Pick up and contactless collect orders will be required to pay via credit card as we are still accepting cash but stuff will be required to wear gloves when collecting and counting the cash. Only staff form our Company allowed in the Office and Warehouse only if given permission.

If you are waiting on a delivery you may experience some delay as we endeavor to work within the restrictions, we may only be able to advise you if it will be an AM or PM delivery.

All quotes are to be requested by email to info@macedonfencing.com.au. We will endeavor to process all enquires within 24-48 hours. Quotes will be sent to you via return email.

We appreciate your ongoing support and co-operation during these uncertain and challenging times. These implementations have been put in place for the safety of all staff members and customers and the community.
